Peixos Pilar is a fish shop located in Palamós. Its goal, its philosophy, is to bring fish closer to homes, in an affordable and easy way. It all started around 1920, when Josep Arxé was fishing and selling fish. By marrying our grandmother Corona, selling fish prospered as a business. At that time, the fish was sold to La Bisbal and not many years later, he began to manage Pilar, the daughter of the Crown. And it was like that until Grandma Corona retired to make way for her daughter Pilar in charge of the business, together with her daughter Montse, the current visible face of Peces Pilar. With her, you will also always find Rosa, a friend and colleague since she was 16 years old.
