Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Description of the offer:

At Somia Digital, we are looking for a highly creative person, with excellent audiovisual editing and writing skills, as well as a passion for the world of marketing. The ideal candidate must have a decisive, demanding and detail-oriented work style. This opportunity will also allow you to boost your career in the digital world, expanding your skills and knowledge.

  • Develop and execute content strategies for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or YouTube. Analyze performance metrics and use this data to optimize strategies.
  • Create and edit audiovisual content (photos, videos and graphics), for use on digital platforms.
  • Work on branding projects, web design, creation of effective email marketing campaigns. Design engaging and relevant content for specific audiences. Support in automation processes.
  • Create and optimize advertising campaigns in all possible formats and on multiple platforms.
  • Plan, write and publish blog posts that attract your target audience and increase organic traffic.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions as well as meetings.
  • Education: Ideally, have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Design or related fields. Knowledge of digital marketing, video editing tools, images, graphic design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud. It will be positively valued to have knowledge of web design and development.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and ability to learn. Passion for the online industry and agile and flexible work environments. Willingness to work in a team and share knowledge.
  • Great communication skills and creativity.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to set and achieve measurable goals of commitment and growth in social networks will be positively valued.
  • Intermediate level of English or higher. It will be positively valued to have a good level of other languages, such as French or German.
  • Part-time or full-time contract (to be specified), in a collaborative, creative and growing work environment. Possibility to transition to full-time in the future.
  • Mode of semi-present work.
  • Participation in varied and dynamic projects.
  • Opportunity for growth and professional development within the agency.
