3 Pollets is a poultry and butcher's shop in Palafrugell market, on Carrer de Pi i Margall. 80% of the meat they sell is organic.
In 2024 we built their website, and that same year we published the video "Entrevista 3 Pollets & Can Plaja" on our channel.
In 2026 we rebuilt it from scratch, in Catalan, Spanish and English: the same shop, now also within easy reach of visitors looking for where to buy meat at the market.
