Online stores in Blanes
Somia Digital sets up online stores for Blanes businesses that want a longer season: a shop that sells over the counter in summer can keep selling to the same customers in winter, now from their own homes. We handle catalogue, payments, shipping and languages, with more than 10 years of experience and a tailored quote for each project.
Blanes · Selva
Blanes is the gateway to the Costa Brava: beaches, the Marimurtra botanical garden and a retail scene that multiplies every summer. Blanes businesses need a website that works hard in high season and keeps winning customers the rest of the year.
Local context
The August customer who buys again in November
Blanes is where the Costa Brava begins, and summer brings packed beaches, the International Fireworks Competition in the last week of July and visitors to the Marimurtra botanical garden, founded in 1921. Many of those visitors buy something they love and then, back home, can't find it again. A card with the store address in the bag and a website that ships abroad turn a holiday purchase into a year-round customer.
What it needs
What the store needs to handle
Shipping to other countries
Rates by zone and carrier for the countries your summer customers come from, with the cost shown before checkout.
Stock planned for July and August
When the physical shop is busy, the website mustn't sell what you no longer have. Low-stock alerts and products you can hide with a click.
The right of withdrawal, clearly stated
Every EU consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. We explain it in the terms and set up how returns from abroad are handled.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Often that's exactly when it pays off most: it's the part of the business that stays open. If you don't want to ship for a few months, the store can switch to catalogue mode.
Those of the customers you already have. Look at where your summer buyers are from: if many are French, French is worth more than any other translation.
