360° photography and virtual tours in Girona
Somia Digital creates 360° photography and virtual tours in Girona, where we are based: we scan flats, guesthouses, schools, clinics and industrial buildings with Matterport so people can explore them from your website or Google, and when the setting sells too, we link in aerial drone panoramas. In the Girona area we built the tour of HIPRA's CDMO facilities in Amer. Pricing depends on floor area, the formats and the points of interest we add.
Girona · Gironès
Girona is the provincial capital and its main services hub: university, commerce, professional firms and year-round cultural tourism, with events like Temps de Flors. In such a competitive market, standing out online is no longer optional for a local business.
Local context
Spaces that are hard to show
In the old town, many guesthouses and flats sit in old buildings, with stairs, inner courtyards and oddly shaped rooms that photos fail to explain. Temps de Flors proves the point every May and has done for decades: it opens private courtyards and gardens nobody sees the rest of the year. A 3D walkthrough does the same all year round. Anyone looking for a home in the city, university students included, or booking a stay in the Old Quarter, can walk through the space and know how many steps lead to the door.
What it needs
Where it makes most sense here
Housing and student lets
A virtual viewing filters prospects before in-person visits, often from another city.
Schools and training centres
A permanent open day for families comparing schools who cannot attend every event.
Facilities for business clients
As with HIPRA: a first guided visit from afar, with restricted areas left off the route.
Farmhouses, campsites and wineries
Outside the city, people choose the setting: the aerial panorama shows the estate and the views, and from there you step inside.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Yes: the camera moves up the stairs point by point and the tour includes the access, which is often what people ask about most.
Capture takes a few hours; delivery time depends on the complexity and what we have agreed. It's delivered with a private link, and it can also be public if you wish.
