Local context
Three limits that shape every flight in the city
The first is controlled airspace. Article 42 of Royal Decree 517/2024 heavily restricts drones there: the general case it allows is a flight within visual line of sight, below 60 metres and outside aerodrome zones. The second is the urban fabric: in the capital almost any flight spot is a built-up area or has people below, so the time, distance and height of every shot have to be chosen with care.
The third is venues with rules of their own. The port area, the trade-fair grounds or a large facility may require a permit from whoever runs them, on top of aviation rules. That permit has to be held by the client, and we explain what's needed before committing to any date. On our side, we bring what any professional operation requires: an AESA-registered operator, third-party liability insurance and certified pilots.

It depends on the exact spot. In many districts you can fly within the height, distance and timing limits; near El Prat or inside venues with their own rules, however, it may not be feasible or may need a permit the client has to hold. We check the ENAIRE Drones map before committing to a date.
Yes. We usually combine the flight with ground photo or video the same day to make the most of it.
