Palafrugell · Baix Empordà
Palafrugell is one of our home bases: we know its shops, the coves of Calella and Llafranc and a quality tourism scene that coexists with a business community active all year round. We have worked with Palafrugell businesses since our beginnings.
Local context
From the daily market to an order from Lyon
Palafrugell has a market every day except Monday and shops trading all year, while the cove-side stores live mainly off summer. That means two kinds of online store: the town-centre one, selling to residents and offering in-store pickup, and the seasonal one, which has to keep selling once the shutters are down and the customer is back in Lyon, Madrid or London. The cork industry, still prestigious here, and products from the sea give many businesses a story worth telling well on every product page.
What it needs
Decisions we make together
Which languages are worth translating
In the Baix Empordà, French often pays off more than German or Italian. We decide based on who actually buys from you, not by default.
Winter mode
If the cove-side shop closes, the website can keep shipping from a storeroom or switch to spring pre-orders.
Training, if agreed, in person or online
If the quote includes training on managing products and orders, being in town means it can be in person or online, on your own computer.
