Being next door, we can do short sessions whenever something new comes in, to complete a menu or a season.

Palafrugell is one of our home bases: we know its shops, the coves of Calella and Llafranc and a quality tourism scene that coexists with a business community active all year round. We have worked with Palafrugell businesses since our beginnings.
Local context
The inland town and its coastline
The municipality has two sides that call for different photos. The inland town trades and provides services all year, with the market as its meeting point and an industrial past tied to cork, now told by the Cork Museum. Commissions there are about products, teams and interiors: organic meat on a market stall, a consulting room, a lawnmower. The three coastal villages, Calella, Llafranc and Tamariu, live mainly off tourism, and there the terrace, the cove and the evening light take over.
The calendar matters too. Since 1966, on the first Saturday of July, the habanera singing festival fills Port Bo in Calella, and summer brings the Cap Roig Festival. Those are weeks when a seafront restaurant has no free table to shoot. We recommend menu and venue shoots in spring, with the new dishes ready and the coves still empty, so the images are online before the crowds arrive.

Our shoots in town
La Pizza di Simo trusted us with its food photography as part of a full rebrand in 2023. That same year we shot Al Dente, Aldo and Carmina's Italian restaurant. We have photographed the 3 Pollets market stall, Tecomac's machinery and the teams at Clínica Dental and Centre Mèdic, part of the same group. Elsewhere in Baix Empordà, there is also Peixos Pilar in Palamós.
